ample space variety options helpful staff
The room offered ample space and cleanliness. The breakfast buffet provided a wide variety of options I enjoyed. The staff members were consistently helpful and polite .
The temperature control in my room proved difficult to adjust properly. It took some time to find a setting that maintained a comfortable environment. This issue caused some minor inconvenience during the nights.

The hotel boasts a clean swimming pool that I enjoyed and a well-equipped gym with three treadmills and five stationary bikes. The lobby also features an engaging play area, which ensured children had a stimulating space.

The room provided two separate sinks, streamlining morning routines, and included a rainfall shower. The safari view offered AMAZING scenery, and there was plenty of storage space for luggage and personal items. There were also blackout curtains.

park proximity complimentary parking spacious room
the proximity to the park was a real advantage (especially with early access at 9 am). i was able to make the most of the rides. the hotel also provided complimentary parking, a welcome surprise. the room was spacious, providing ample space for luggage and relaxation.

allergy folders helpful staff clean room cramped carpark random fee
The staff were SOOO helpful with my child's nut allergy when eating breakfast and dinner. Their allergy folders were always to hand and very up to date. I also found our room comfy and clean.
The hotel carpark is very cramped and uneven. There were also no footpaths. I also found it annoying to be charged a random fee when we picked up our keycards.

mixed experience, some issues
beautiful grounds free parking chaotic breakfast missing spread
the grounds were beautiful and i was offered free parking with my stay.
the breakfast was chaotic because of a work event. hotel guests suffered as a result of this. there was no chocolate spread for pancakes. it was madness

tasty breakfast tiger theme early access
the breakfast was tasty , offering many choices. the tiger theme in the room was amazing. i got to the park over an hour early , i did several rides.
the food was overpriced , the quality was poor.

Excellent Stay with Early Park Access!
varied buffet early access helpful staff
The breakfast buffet was varied (especially the pastries). Early access to the park made a big difference with school groups arriving later. The staff were helpful. The Safari Twin Room Bunk Beds were super clean and cozy.
I found the pool towels requiring a rental fee a bit inconvenient.
